Our Honey
We started our Apiary in 2015 and since then we have built up our hives from two to eight and expanding further
The types of honey we produce start early if the spring with Oil seed Rape after which we quickly move onto Phacelia and blended flower mixes as they appear, In the late summer the hives are taken up to the moors in search of the heather honey which we then have to press out
All of these flowers produce a great range of flavours

At its heart is the aim to promote local foods and traditional gastronomy and food production. Conversely this means an opposition to fast food, industrial food production and globalisation.
Passion
In the context of honey production, We are a small concern however we do have a passion for the bees and can assure you a great mix of flowers
The range of possible combinations of these factors can result in great differences among honey’s.
